Marshes Farm
Semley
Completion: 2003
A new 5 bedroom house in Wiltshire constructed in 2003 from the local green sandstone with Chicksgrove dressed quoins and cills and slate roof. Planning permission was gained under the provision of replacement dwellings in the open countryside. We demolished the Victorian house and re-used the salvaged stone on the South elevation.Semley

The house is constructed using natural non-toxic materials throughout. It is highly insulated with thick external walls, double glazing and sheep's wool insulation in the roof.
There is also a new stable yard with 6 loose boxes, tack room, trap and feed stores and groom's accommodation built of stone and oak feather edge boarding with slate roofs.
