Eastbach House, Gloucestershire
Two new cottages and ancillary buildings designed either side of an archway over the drive to a Grade II* Listed Building in the Forest of Deane.
The difficult levels have been retained on the cross sloping site by the new buildings which step down towards the main house.
The construction of the cottage is stone with high pitched slate roof in the local building traditions which are seen as subservient to the fine ashlar stone front of the main house.
We have worked with Tom Stuart-Smith in creating a new landscaped park appropriate to a house of this quality.
