Our client, who has Portuguese family, asked us to design a classical façade for the six floors that includes a double height room at the top.
The front is in Limestone for bottom two floors and Stucco above with Limestone architraves and cornice.
This building is in a Landmark District and is a new addition to a varied classical terrace of house.
